Douglas Rossier
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, SPR

Doug Rossier serves as Executive Vice President and COO of SPR Companies, and leads TAP Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of SPR Companies, including P&L management, sales, recruiting and consulting functions across all companies and locations. He also directs all TAP Group activities.

In 1998, Doug began his career at SPR as the Midwest Director of Sales. He also served as the Vice President of Sales for Leapnet, Inc., a merged Web development consultancy. In 2002 Doug restored SPR to a privately held IT professional services consultancy by developing and implementing a strategic plan and leading the tactical execution of the major initiative.

Prior to joining SPR, Doug held key sales and management positions with EDS, Oracle and Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Doug holds a degree in business from Rider University and graduated from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Institute in 2009.

Nancy Kastl
Director, TAP Group

Nancy Kastl is an accomplished IT professional with over 20 years experience as an executive, consultant, facilitator and instructor. Her areas of expertise include IT strategic planning, quality management, software testing, project management, process re-engineering and measurement. As a TAP Group director, Nancy and her team of senior-level consultants work with client management teams in assessing current needs, developing strategies and roadmaps for improvement, and implementing solutions for IT performance excellence. She also leads TAP’s testing outsourcing services bringing together the right talent, process and technology to meet clients’ testing demands.

Nancy has been working with the SPR Companies’ leadership team since 2004. Prior to founding the Kaslen Group, an IT consulting firm, in 1996, Nancy was a Vice President at Harris Bank in application development and quality management. She is founder and current President of the Chicago Quality Assurance Association (CQAA).

Nancy has a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree from Elmhurst College. She is a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA). Nancy served on the Purdue University’s Advisory Committee to the information Systems Department and the Board of Advisors and Software Certification Board for the QAI Global Institute. She is currently conference chairperson for the North America Quality Engineered Software and Testing Conference (QUEST) and is also an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Society for Information Management (SIM) chapters in Chicago.
